Payment Policy:
Payment for services is expected once services are completed or at date agreed upon by Sandalwood Spa.
Gratuities:
Gratuities are left to the discretion of individual guests.
Cancellation Policy:
A 24-hour notice is requested for single-service appointment cancellations. Packages require 48-hour notice and are non-refundable. The full amount will be charged on any late cancellations or no-show appointments.
Age Requirement:
We respectfully request that guests do not bring their children with them. Teens between the ages of 12 and 18 may receive services with signed parental permission or must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Late Clients:
Out of respect for each of our clients, we would greatly appreciate that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the case you are late more than 15 minutes, it may be necessary to shorten or forfeit your service and request full payment. On packages, the session will be considered as completed.
